Targeted recruitment campaigns for candidates - are you in the job market?

Recruitment is changing and so many of us need to see that, I have been working on different strategies for awhile now and from next week will be conducting targeted recruitment campaigns for candidates who are actively looking for new positions.

My plan is to submit a hotlist of candidates to companies once a week, but also target specific companies based on what my candidates specialisations. Now I know i'm going to get "don't you do that already??" yes I do but not on a large scale, most of what I do is research for active roles within companies, i'm wanting to turn that on its head.

Also, I want to try and create a one recruiter option for candidates, where I would introduce them to agencies/companies with interview notes, documents etc. so you don't have to do the same thing multiple times. Not sure if this part is going to work BUT I want to give it a try.

This will be a trial run on these strategies, anyone willing to assist me?

This sounds like an awesome idea. Are you only servicing Gauteng? If so, you should make that explicit in your post.

No I'm happy to assist nationally, my knowledge of area's is better in JHB but candidates can advise what area's they are prepared to work in and that will help me find them opportunities.

I've had quite a few responses from mybb, thank you everyone. Companies and recruitment agencies haven't been as responsive but i'm going to keep trying this for a few weeks.

I will be reviewing all c.v.'s on Monday, will contact everyone that sent over the last week then

Unfortunately this project has been a bust... Very little interest from companies and close to none from Recruitment Agencies.... I have a few of your c.v.'s still so will send through some information on roles that you could perhaps apply for shortly.
