Recruitment is changing and so many of us need to see that, I have been working on different strategies for awhile now and from next week will be conducting targeted recruitment campaigns for candidates who are actively looking for new positions.
My plan is to submit a hotlist of candidates to companies once a week, but also target specific companies based on what my candidates specialisations. Now I know i'm going to get "don't you do that already??" yes I do but not on a large scale, most of what I do is research for active roles within companies, i'm wanting to turn that on its head.
Also, I want to try and create a one recruiter option for candidates, where I would introduce them to agencies/companies with interview notes, documents etc. so you don't have to do the same thing multiple times. Not sure if this part is going to work BUT I want to give it a try.
This will be a trial run on these strategies, anyone willing to assist me?
I'm aiming at marketing 5 - 10 candidates a week, so if any of you are ACTIVELY looking for a career change and KNOW what position, environment etc. you are looking for please mail me angie@recruitmintlink.co.za so we can set up a skype discussion.
