Starbucks can bugger right off with its hugely overpriced hipster frappacino kuk.
Maxis - don't think I've ever eaten there, are there any in DBN?
Fish & chips shop - nah!
Dominos I will sorely miss they have the fastest delivery times, and the best deals. Surprised that its not more lucrative because its basically the only pizza my family and I order. Debonairs is soggy cr@p and I seriously don't trust the "meat" on their pizzas. The owner of Romans seems like a total tool so I wont support his business and his breker, charna, boet attitude.

Maxis is mostly closed down now, the last one in Johannesburg closed a few months ago, which having eaten there just before it closed I can see why. I used to like them, but they just went down.

And Taste management spent so much time going overseas on business trips.
Can't believe this failed.

Their pizzas were like R20-R30 more expensive than other brands, and even their pictures looked dry. The one or two slices I had was pretty bleh.
More surprised at the American stalwarts struggling though.

Pity. They are relatively cheap (until the last round where they upped prices by R10) and their bases are great.

Funny they should close down,

Strange story happened to me , I get a call from somebody from Domino's Pizza.

Asking why I haven't ordered in a while.
As when they had the 50%off deal it was awesome.
But since then pizza perfect or home pizza is better.
Domino's becomes quite expensive.
And everything covered in corn starch is a bit off putting.

Anyway, tells me you have a coupon available at a recent store,
Just quote your cell number and they should have it on the system for a R50 voucher

Didn't test it out, as been busy.
But they at least made a effort to keep some customers.

Not sure if anybody else got that call?
