Eish - how is it that GayTechie has become the center of conversation in several threads in this forum over the past few days...

This thread was about Tazz_Tux emerging from Vodacom's closet...
... and from what i know about Linux you either have to be a rocket scientist or just plane stupid to use it!

Neither will I.

GayTechie needs to ingest several chill-pills. :)

<sarcasm><added> The entire world, in actual fact, does not revolve around you. unfortunately.</added></sarcasm>

i dont know much about linux okay!!! sheesh calm the f*** down!
Time to earn the "Techie" part of your username & get started with Linux, and from an IT career POV you won't regret gaining some Linux skills now.

You could p.m. rpm & ask rpm to rename you to GayTechnology...:D

Seriously though, you would be surprised at how embedded Linux already is in all sorts of technological gizmos - perhaps worth reconsidering your Linux stance :).

As a matter of interest, do you currently use any open source software [IOW OSS that also works under Windoze]?

I use many free programs (and programs made free if you catch my drift) but as to using open source operating systems etc etc im not interested.

Windows is the global standard, everyone knows how it works, and if it aint broke why fix it? why overcomplicate things using Open source. some guys get a kick out of saying "oh i use open souce". i dont really care.
