BTW, you did say people buying from Mr. Price should be shot (figuratively speaking I hope)
At least he didn't say corrective rape. (/joke)

Well ok, valid point...their quality is low. Retracting earlier accusation of you being yuppy, only if you tell me that you've bought clothing from the aforementioned stores like PEP![]()
Yuppy, must beNot really. I bought a bunch of scarves and gloves from there while it was so cold during the world cup in 2010, but I think that's it. The scarves went to my pet rats to ensure they didn't freeze to death.![]()
G-Star in Canal Walk ground floor but expect to pay R3000.
My experience with clothes (including jeans) and shoes is that the more expensive items last longer and are more cost effective in the long run. I've bought cheap jeans that I've worn holes into (especially on the knees) within a year but I have a pair of Levis that are nearly 10 years old with no holes in them yet...
Guys, on the topic of jeans. Like joelus, I have also been wearing the same levi's for the past 9 years, 34W 36L, normal dark blue 501. The reason I have been wearing them for so long is becuase I can't find any other jeans that's long enough, levi's apperently don't make them anymore.
Anyone know where the hell I can find a normal dark blue jean that's longer than normal sizes? And trust me, I have looked almost every where! I am in the CPT area.
Hope someone can help.
36L ...just how tall are you
i never knew levi made lenghts longer than the 34
You probably didn't know levis made a 58W and a 38L http://us.levi.com/family/index.jsp...2.17320506&ab=leftnav:bigtall:bigtall:3515596
schit never knew
how big must you be to wear lenght 38
im 1.85 and i wear a 34 lenght
Don't follow me around the forum and spam the place up with posts that contribute nothing to the thread topic. Thanks.
I'm 1.79.
I have a problem with most jeans' length. Even when I'm wearing a belt, they end up going underneath my heels and get trodden on. With the cheaper jeans this tends to wear them out rather quick, so it is quite a problem. I noticed some people here mention having their jeans tailored, so where do you have that done? Just any tailor shop?

So since department stores are such a rip off, where is the best place to get fashionable clothes for a good price??
