TeamViewer and OpenOffice for Madriva InstantOn

Hi

I've Installed Madriva InstantOn and downloaded Teamviwer and OpenOffice for Linux.

Teamviewer appears to install but then flashes a msg across the screen too quickly for me to read.

OpenOffice gives me the following error:

invalid rpm file name [/home/user/Desktop/OOo_3.3.0_Linux_x86_install-rpm-wJRE_en-US.tar.gz]

Is it possible to install extra applications such as the above onto InstantOn?

The people you bought it from should be able to help you... if you paid the R150-00 for it there should be support added in the package right?
