Technical question.

Could someone answer the following questions for me?
I use a Motorola V360 as a modem.

1) I dialed *123*13# for update. Do I need further settings on my cell?
2) Do "Web Sessions" settings affect my logging on or is this only for WAP?
3) The way I see it, the computer settings are the only settings I need. ie dialing code *99# or *9***3#.
I am asking this becouse I can only get connected for about an hour a day, then an error message "Firefox cannot find server at www.google.co.za"

Marco, You using Bluetooth or Datacable??

Bluetooth has lots of problems, 1stly it chows your battery. Bluetooth is adding ping (cause your wireless connected to the Bluetooth, to a cellphone wich is wireless too, so huge pings)

Rather use Data-cable. on Some cellphone , the datacable acts as a charger too. So while you surf your phone is being charged aswell. So no chance that it will go flat on you. Cause on Bluetooth, once the battery is around 20-30% flat the Phone drops the Bluetooth, causing it to timeout. and then u get those Error messages. Or your Internet seems dead.

I use USB cable only.
Still need answers to my above questions. Others on this site seem to have the same problem.
