Tekom throttle speed on any contract now

Can Mr. Telkom Rep please help me out on this query? I've been on the 10Gig + 10Gig contract for close to 2 years now. Never have I've been throttled on my speed. Always getting between 2Meg and 4Meg download speed right through to my last megabyte. The last 2 days its been 200kb's. Sometimes so slow that I can't even open a normal page. I phoned the Telkom call centre and I was told that I have reached my 1Gig left over for the month and I'm getting throttled on my speed now. Now where the hell do you get this Telkom??!! The matter of the fact is that I have 1.5Gig of data left. I know that you get throttled on the uncapped contracts but not on the 10Gig + 10Gig contract. My call has been escalated and I'm sure they won't phone me back.

Similar sort of problem on my side, on a 50gig + 50gig contract, used 30Gb so far and since the 7th/8th of the month my downloads crawl at 20kb - 30kb's. Speedtest still shows 30ms, Download 48Mbps, Upload 4.7Mbps. Everything buffers as well.
Feels like there is some major shaping going on.

Yip. Something very wrong here. I've been told that I will get normal speed again on my night time data. I will check tonight and If I get throttled on my night time speed there will be s%&t. But I'm still not happy about my day time speed being throttled. This I will take further if this does not get fixed.
