I look forward to the day when some good news is reported on the front pages : "SA experiences a corruption-free day". But then again, being South Africa, that's going to be a long wait.
 
ABT Telecoms could reportedly not provide the promised services because it does not have the necessary telecoms licences or infrastructure.

When the qualification criteria for tenders generally is 1 or more of:
% of BBEEE staff
% of tender award going to kickbacks
% of family of the tender adjudicators family owning shares
