Somebody please educate Mark Taylor, his summary of the state of Telecoms is flawed through and through. It paints a rosy picture, where the facts are far from rosy. He does not even begin to think of mentioning the new teklom tarrifs due in november, nor does he know that local bandwidth is also teklom's domain. Maybee this bloke should be invited to join MyBroadband.co.za, so we can educate him ...
