Good Morning All 
Just cheking if anyone Else on the Bluff in Durban Near the end of marine drive DDSL is down, Near The White House BnB?
Our DSL line has been down since Friday and Fighting with Telkom isn't getting me any luck in getting the fault resolved.
Details Below if any Telkom Social Media Person Decides to bother to read this.
Fault 280CNK050218 / Been down since Friday, All our services run through the line including telephone (VoIP) - Line Has 50V and Analog but no digital. VERY URGENT!! Cant do any business at all!!
All of our service runs though our DSL Line, 5 VoIP numbers/Lines, Our accounting and billing systems are done Via Sage Online,and Our core functionality relies on being able to download driver/software for machines and up an to cloud services.
I phone and phone and now they say the fault is going to try and be attended remotely!!!!! this is unacceptable, I have tested the line and do have Analog and a good strong 50V DC on the line just no digital and, I do suspect a card fault exchange/DSLAM side.
This is infuriating as we literally cannot do any business at all and are loosing income by the minute and Telkom just doesn't seem to care not a single bit.
