8mbits would only be capable of 1mb/s and not 5mb/s. To get 5mb/s you need a 40mbits line. Stop talking out your ass and contribute something more than just hot air for a change...

don't wait for 1MB... because it will be sucks.. another ripping product from telkom.

Has this service actually been released ? It is already September (Well 1 day) and I have heard nothing. What is happening with this ?

ICASA report smacked Telkom around a bit so it's my guess they held back on everything to see how to best handle the ICASA report

i think maybe Telkom is having some trouble finding a small enough font to actually fit the Price on a TV add. At present it has to scroll to fit in all the zeroes...

What do you know, Telkom have finally launched there 1MB product. Now it comes down to costs, cappings and co. It most likely is the same story.
