Done that for 2 months. They test during day it is fine, from 6 you have no download. What do you expect of telkom selling you something that does not work.
This test was done only with a cellphone on the line.

Upload: 0Mbps

If you test with a different ISP account, do you get the same results? And if you ping your exchange, what are your pings sitting at?

Also signed up for this month to month deal today. I wanted the 10mb line for 799 however only the 4mb was available at my location. Hope it will suffice for streaming. Telkom did mention that the fair usage policy is 100gigs, thereafter it's super slow.

Fair usage is 180GB after which you will be throttled from 7pm - 9pm.
Thereafter if you reach 275GB, you will be throttled from 7am 11.59pm
Any usage from 12am -7am does not count to your normal usage.
