Greetings all
November last year I renewed my 8ta contract.
To my surprise , in Feb I noticed that I have been billed an Extra R349 on my contract in January this year.
I monitored this until the March bill was processed and confirmed that I'm being billed extra every month.
I then contacted the call Centre on 3 March 2016 where they confirmed this.
I received a ref and an assurance that this would be handed to their billing team and processed within 7-10 working days.
We're now in June, I'm still billed the extra R349 per month since Jan.
No one at Telkom are able to assist.
The walk in Centre refer me to the call Centre.
The call Centre response is " it's with the finance team"
My refund is now @ R2094
