Telkom Adsl + line down since 13/07/2017

Hi

I my Telkom Adsl + line down since 13/07/2017 and report on the same day call Ref: 47CRK130717.
I have been calling every day but nothing happens .
There latest is there cabling guys must come replace lines and there is no stock.
Can I get help with some giving me a contact in Telkom to put get the cabling guys to move there ars#$%# and get
my line up and running.

The best I can offer is that you call them every other day to get the matter escalated. Hopefully it is resolved soon.
