I have asked on 2 Oct 2017 online that my Telkom ADSL line and landline must be moved on 1 November 2017 to my new address. I had phoned Telkom 10213 about 6 times now and just get the answer the job is listed and they will mark it as urgent, but nothing happened up to date. At this stage I am paying for a service I do not have for more than a month now. The job number is 159 568 381A.
