I signed up for a Telkom doBroadband 2mb/s uncapped line (most because I was being lazy and didn't feel like contacting anyone else).
Line installation went well initially, but I then discovered (after my connection stopped working) that instead of an uncapped account they'd given me a 10gb account. I've since been trying to convert to an uncapped account, but apparently their system is having problems and they cannot process any orders, so my account is messed.
Any ideas how I can fix this? Or should I just see if they can process a 'cancel' order and go with someone immediately?
