Does anyone else have problems with the infamous TiTracker ?
Since about 6 months ago it just tells me 'We are currently experiencing a problem with the TI Tracker Portal. contact . blah blah' So I followed up and they said they had problems and I should use SAIX website and they closed the ticket straight away.
Now, everyone I have spoken to who have Telkom ISP accounts, have no problems with the portal. I'm a bit confused why mine does not work...
And as a side note : (don't tell telkomza) ... I have gone over my cap lots of times in the past couple of months and was not soft capped or anything
Maybe I have a special account...
