Does anyone else have problems with the infamous TiTracker ?

Since about 6 months ago it just tells me 'We are currently experiencing a problem with the TI Tracker Portal. contact . blah blah' So I followed up and they said they had problems and I should use SAIX website and they closed the ticket straight away.

Now, everyone I have spoken to who have Telkom ISP accounts, have no problems with the portal. I'm a bit confused why mine does not work... :confused:

And as a side note : (don't tell telkomza) ... I have gone over my cap lots of times in the past couple of months and was not soft capped or anything :p Maybe I have a special account... :D

Works fine here,did you try clearing cookies/cache or another browser

Tried at home .. at work, tried firefox , tried chrome... all it does is this ..

Ctrl+F5, maybe it's a browser cache issue.

Does Ctrl+F5 work to refresh other browsers on different PCs ? See my opening post, TiTracker is not working for SOME accounts, it may work for you. I just want to know who else have the problem.

** Edit just tried I.E just to make sure and same problem

I misunderstood your problem by not closely inspecting the screenshot you posted in post #8, I thought the tit racker site was not loading in the browsers you were using, but looking at your screenshot it is apparent that you must have entered your login details and then received Telkom's moobs instead of rack of tits you were after.

I really don't have a problem, as this account is about 8 years old and seems to be off the 'radar' ? Ah well don't really need to monitor the usage as it seems to never run out.

Mine works but it doesn't tell me much anymore, no more daily bar charts, session data, etc.

I wonder what's up? Where else can we get the info?

We have 3 Telkom internet accounts for business usage, 2 of them do the same as Dan C, only the one works.

The 2 that don't work are the
TelkomDSLXXXX at dsl512telkomsa.net

The one that does work is an
onlineXXXXX at dsl512telkomsa.net

Maybe that has something to do with it, maybe not?

My personal account was broken in February, and started working around July (I did bug some people while mine was not working). I have seen at least one customer complaining that it is not working.

We have already notified some of the other parties involved here, but the ticket may help prove the point.

Hmm, but users with personalised usernames (available for a few months now) work ...

And how does that work ? I never ever even been able to change my password on my stone-age account and that has been going on for a few years now.

But something is still not right.... This is what it says ...
