Telkom Advertises LTE on Hout Bay but no signal at all

Technician has confirmed we are roaming on MTN despite being will in the coverage area. Someone else nearby very close to tower does not get it either.

It has been a month and Telkom have given no indication this will be resolved.

Do I start fighting over cancellation and move to someone else?

To get my work done I have already spent over R5k on All Networks data bundles in the month I have not been with the service.

Do I have any chance of getting that refunded?

How do I get Telkom to respond with anything of substance?

You need to see if Telkom Network does support it.
Looking at there map.

Put pressure on Telkom. If they sold you a contract and the LTE signal falls in the boundary put pressure on them.

Supply info to TelkomZA with map info. Ask him if he could help or does he have a contact number etc.
