Since I had my analog line upgraded to a DSL line my phone no longer works. Following three visits by Telkom technicians to fault find between my house and there centre the analog line is still dead. I am concerned should the inexperienced technicians carry on trying to resolve this issue I will be with out my DSL connection. Who can I speak to in the Nelspruit White River area that has technical experience and knowledge to resolve this issue for me?
Just a thought. If the analog portion isn't working then you don't need to pay any line rental while it is out of order - this could save you around R120 per month. In the meantime try out one of the Voip providers like www.12voip.com to see whether or not this would be an adequate replacement.
