It is arguably the biggest confrontation the two bodies have had since Icasa sued Telkom for unapproved call cost increases. Both parties settled three years ago but Telkom, clearly, has had the upper hand.

Looks like M&G has the measure of the minister though.

Whether this becomes more than a wrist slap depends on Minister of Communications Ivy Matsepe-Casaburri, who is notoriously sympathetic to Telkom.

Oh for crap sake. They got the pricing wrong again. R87 + R477 + R249. What the hell can you do with an ADSL line and no ISP. Damn Telkom have got the journo's totally confused.
