At one stage, the Telkom team caddishly described the quizzing by one Icasa panelist as “a very long and windy question”. Undeterred, Cohen said Icasa was usually criticised for questions that were too vague, and now it was being told that its detailed questions were too long. “My panel should not feel constrained in asking questions,” she bristled. Touché.

Kudos for Cohen for not backing down.

Telkom's undecided what they want... I really wonder WHAT it is that they pump into the aircon systems....
