I don't think that that was the "strategic reason".ettubrute said:Strategic reason: To keep our investors, we can not afford to loose in court, therefore, we rather no go there, but settle beforehand!
I'm pretty sure that it won't happen. I was in regular contact with Gregg and his attorney Brendan Hughes (of Michalsons) throughout this litigation, and AFAIK the final settlement of the matter was very definitely and deliberately not premised upon Gregg's promising not to "do it again".RichardP said:Everyone has a price... the M$ tactic... Not that I am saying that this will happen
In all honesty if Telkom offered me 1 million or even 10 million to close the site I would have said thanks but no thanks. Not that I don't need it, I just wouldn't do itRichardP said:Everyone has a price... the M$ tactic... Not that I am saying that this will happen, but will you shut down your web site for a Million bucks? its still cheaper than dragging court proceeding out for 2 years and loosing the case.
