1 GB for BIS is still a good value, note BB compresses their data and in turn you use less data bundles.

Stop complaining. True value for money. Back in the day people were abusing BIS, downloading over 50 GB a month now with fair use policy it's fair - enough data to go around. If you unhappy go to Cell C..
