Telkom Cancelled but Afrihost cant transfer my line @TelkomZA and @Afrihost

Hi Guys.

I cancelled everything with telkom except ADSL and Line rental (As requested by Afrihost Tech) which according to telkom was cancelled on the 25th Oct. Called Afrihost earlier and line cant be transferred? please help

Was a reason given that we can't transfer the line for you? Is there any waiting/ cancellation period for the Telkom data to go through?

thanks AfriGuy, it seems its in the "Pending" stage @Afrihost on twitter helped me out. thanks a mill! cant wait till i dont have to deal with telkom. 30min waiting time is redonculous
