Telkom charing me R1200 for using 0.3GB

So I(well the gf) went over our 40 gigs(20+20) special and it seems according to my email thay they just decided to allocate another 40GB to our account then. Charing us R1200 odd, this hardly seems normal and I can't see anywhere that they say they will add what you have on. I only used 300mb over, so why didn't they charge me for 1 gig over?

Ouch! The OOB Shark strikes again. Hopefully you can get hold of someone compassionate and competent at Telskum. And make sure that they don't allocate it automatically again!

I think there's a billing issue this month as others have mentioned something similar, Telkom is aware of it and will fix it. Just call their accounts department and notify them.
