Telkom.co.za credit card topup - funds reserved but not loaded

I just did a credit card topup for my Telkom Mobile number.

I received the e-mail notification from FNB to confirm the funds were reserved but the airtime has not been loaded.

I can confirm the correct number was entered as Chrome auto-completes the cell-number field for the recharge.

Has anyone else experienced delays or no recharge actually taking place despite the funds being reserved?

Have not been able to top up ADSL data for 2 days now - no response other than the usual buck passing.
Just get sent to a 404 page all the time.
