Anyone knows the number for the TELKOM complaints department..

Follow this exactly, if you have a list of names and numbers by the time you get hold of the CEO's office people are jumping - they don't do much but its fun to watch!

in all honesty :

the service I get from Telkom on my line is good. Line's gone down a few times (lightning, exchange damage, etc) and it has always been sorted out within a day or 2.

the bills I get from Telkom are exorbitant ......
