Not the right forum but I am just pissed off with Telkom.

I need to contact them, and all I get is a call centre that will not answer my call. I have called 4 times and all I get is: All our agents are busy............ until the call is teminated

Who can I contact to cancel a Telkom line?

It is not an adsl line, Just a normal Helkom line

Who can I contact to cancel a Telkom line?

In addition to using the socialnetworks email, I'd suggest giving them written notice at one of their branches (either fill in a cancellation form or a letter with all the details). Once they receive written notice, the law is on your side.
