I thought that is impossible with new exchanges. Perhaps some Nigerians are piggybacking on your phone line to phone their long lost prince that owes them $10 000 000.
It's not necessary for them to post on the forum every minute of the day to be effective. As pointed out earlier, most of their communications is done via PM.Click on the TelkomZa profile linked by geezer. Shows me no recent activity. So something is broken?
And it is proving a most effective means of communicating notwithstanding the massive volume it undoubtedly attracts
Reps on the forum are for the most part part of lower level customer service that is available on calling, FB and Twitter so don't have ridiculous expectations but anticipate somebody who cares about solving problems with enough know how to be on a forum.
Posts were pretty factual. Bad day at the office?Sweet Jesus. What were my expectactions exactly? I was commenting on what I saw, and as was pointed out, the rep may choose to communicate in other ways.
I am so highly sorry that what I saw was not the whole picture, and that previous experiences with Telkom (am I the only one?) made me jump to a conclusion.
While I thank you for showing me a bigger picture, you guys are dicks in the way you point things out.
