So I went to one of their shops yesterday and spent about half an hour waiting in the queue, only to be told 'we have not yet received stock'. I have filled in an application form, and will wait and see what happens, although I'm not holding my breath.

I had one finally phone me back a month after my original request (with some kicking from TelkomZA), she said the sales dept had a backlog of "phone me" requests - if business is that good hire more sales staff FFS!

... totally clueless about the product and, in any case, I'd given up and purchased elsewhere.

Same - no email. Stupid order process as I bet nobody ends up phoning me and I then in turn miss the deal.
