I moved from my current job to another job. The details they had on their system were not currently up-to-date had to change my details on experian.co.za website

I filled in all the forms online at the beginning of the week and I am still waiting on a call..... Apparently it can take 7 days to contact you back ..... Fingers crossed.... Anyone got it already ?!

It took a few incoming calls today, but got the applications done, now its a wait for some debit order to go through and then for delivery...

yeah, the online chat guy told me it could take 7 working days..... I applied last Friday - holding thumbs - wish the MyBB rep could help us out here?

If you get the phone call from 012 688 9996, or similar, you have to wait till there is sound, one time I waited 30 seconds of dead silence before the other person was on the line (so when you hear the background call centre noise, then say hello).

Problem is that is cuts out like the phone has been put down.

Day 4..... Fingers crossed all my comments / messages on FB and their website online-chat will assist them in calling me sooner than later so I can get my 76 year old Mum setup with Internet at home (Viber - it's the "silver surfers' whatsapp.... )

Yesterday I gave up waiting..... So i called their call centre. 45 mins of crappy music later I got through to Zolani a really helpful chap.

I had to give him all my details again because they can't access my online application on their side for some reason.

on the plus side after 30 min's on the phone it seems my order is provisionally accepted on his screen. Just waiting for confirmation from back office. Fingers crossed

Hope debit order goes off today

Only happened to me the first time. The other 3 calls I just had to wait for the absolute silence to end, then when I heard the background noise and I say hello.

Got mines delivered on Wednesday. It was activated on Thursday.
Nice - has dual band wifi.

Still need to speedtest it.

Went to Telkom today, and got the deal. Had to update my details at Vodacom, and satans company (aka SANRAL)
