Telkom Deal of The Month [March 2016]

I called in, after an hour of holding on I got a friendly and helpful consultant who zipped through the process. 2 days later the debit order went off but still no sms and still awaiting confirmation of a delivery date or order. Debit order went off on Saturday so hoping it gets delivered soon.
AN HOUR OF HOLDING ???!?!?! ........ whilst I admire your dedication, I am not sure I could do that.... maybe I will try later whilst in the office
......... today is my day 7 .... multiple FB Messages and "Online Chats".... which probably means that I am not number 1001 on the waiting list by now... and the fact that you got the deal by calling in blows my mind, as that means you were able to "jump the queue" so to speak... Oh, well..... if I don't get a call today, then I will go to CellC for a data deal, as their LTE is excellent in Cape Town Il be moving and I don't know how long it will take for telkom to bring me adsl so I had to get it. I jus left my phone on loudspeaker till someone started trying to get my attention... jus be warned.... that crappy music will drive u to killAN HOUR OF HOLDING ???!?!?! ........ whilst I admire your dedication, I am not sure I could do that.... maybe I will try later whilst in the office

OK, I have a clear schedule for the next 2 hours (no meetings)....sooooo, I have started "Mission: Telephone the buggers" ............. 2 minutes 30 seconds in and I want to smash the phone and throw myself out of my window from the music :wtf: ....... however, I will endure and see if I can speak to a constructive human being

They said that the debit will go off in the next day or so...... then delivery to my office within 5 to 7 working days.
That's if your information is updated with the credit bureau

I'm on MTN so that would cost me a fortune, but will see if I can use my sim from my 10+10Gb promo to call them or maybe I should walk into one of their stores and become violent

Some one from Telkom called to offer me some promotional deal, but the call died 15 seconds in. She probably thought i hung up as she didn't call back
