Have been trying to cancel an Order I placed in August this year for a Landline & ADSL having finally given up, about 3 weeks ago went in to the local Telkom Store and requested a Cancellation & my 700 Rand Deposit back
been waiting ever since. Last wednesday I went in again they put me on the Phone to someone who said I can have my Deposit back or they can come round Friday 22nd and install the Line & ADSL. Thought about it and said OK come round and install it. Waited in all day friday no one turned up. Phoned them at 4.30 they told me the Techs were finished for the day,promised to have someone phone me no one did.
Went back in to the Store this morning told them what had happened, they replied theirs no infrastructure in your area why would Telkom tell you they were coming round to install it.
Long story short back where I started looking for a Cancellation & Refund
