He said I cannot do it. I repeated the question few times .
Last month another agent told me to come for the upgrade when I have time. This guy , his name is "MUI", states it cannot be done.
After work, phone telkom 10210 and they said it can be done, just go to your direct store. They said I can inform the man that it is possible. I feel annoy wasting my time and energy.
And now, after sharing this, I feel better.
