Sign up with GoogleSo i decided to move my line back to Telkom from my ISP. To my astonishment my line suddenly was 4meg. I did not even noticed until i already moved my line to Crystalweb when i experience buffering on my streams. Checked my line stats and saw it was on 4meg. Contact isp to move my line back to 40meg. somehow there was issues as telkom needed to update something on their side.
The line transfer was done Friday and the guys said it will take 4 hours to move over. I spoke to Crystalweb on Saturday and they said the line was on 4meg and they bumped it up to 20vdsl. Today they told me there is no more free 40meg ports available, wat de fak. I just asked to move my line to Telkom and never asked to be downgraded.
Tha moder fakking Telscum decided just to downgrade me. I'm battling with my ISP to get Telkom to move me back to 40meg which i originally was on for the last 4-6 months.
I am not leaving this like this and i won't except there is not 40meg ports available.
