Today(06 feb 189) I received a mail stating my contract has been upgraded to 10Mbps and monthly rental for this upgraded contract has been increased. I never requested for upgrade. Donno how come Telkom upgraded my contract and increased price.

Telkom fibre line upgrade from 4Mbps to 10Mbps without customer consent and with a increase in price

They longer offer 4mb lines, so either you take the 10mb or cancel

Cool Ideas is R499 for 10Mbps which is cheaper than what people paid for 4Mbps on Telkom anyways. Cancel and move to cool ideas.
