Telkom Free me boost bundle doesn't work!!

Telkom mobile has introduced a new data bundle that seems very attractive with the package I usually buy for R99 includes 1gb of regular data and 500 mb of social media data plus all kinds of benefits including free sms and free minutes to Telkom numbers.

Sounds great but it doesn't work!!!!!!!!! I have been calling the customer service endlessly this week, the only data that works is the regular browsing data. I have made many and long watsapp calls over the week and yet I'm still using my regular data, the social networks data hasn't been touched still at 500mb. What's the point of buying the bundle with extra data especially for watsapp calls and it doesn't work????

HELP ME GUYS! I know it's not much but it's frustrating'!!!! I'm a student and can't afford buying data every week !!! If you know how to tag the Telkom rep on this thread please do so!

If you promise data for watsapp and its calls , please deliver! Your customer service keeps brushing me off the phone and says they'll get back to me and they never do

Internet APN = internet
Mms APN = mms

They're automatically set on my iPhone 6s Plus

Very strange. 2 months in a row, FreeMe has worked perfectly - 27mb of social media usage confirms
