Yup as in most cases with QOS for home use I've already turned it off because it causes for harm than benefit.

I think QoS is enabled by default on all uncapped accounts but yes, something to mention to everyone who had theirs set, especially if on capped too.

Indeed it was and actually adds minor latency strictly on speed testing.
I'm sure in a situation where the line is maxed out it will have a benefit but under normal circumstances it just causes more hassles.

That was seemingly completed on the 5th according to Telkom records but CW only notified me yesterday which is when I called them.
Considering the original order on the 31st was seemingly never placed on Telkom's side I wonder if I had just called on the 1st if it wouldn't have all been setup as it was today.
