My 110Gb cap usually runs out in the last week every month, no problem its expected, then I go on slow, still no problem for me.
This month something new happened. Last week my cap run out for one day on slow, as expected.
Then suddenly the next day, I am fast again. I thought it was a fault, ignore and start using at full speed.
Surprise
ADSL Feedback-Weekly)
I received an e-mail as usual once per week to notify me about cap status.
To my shock I saw another 100Gb was added as "Post Paid" @ R12 per 1GB. I do not wanted this, I did not asked for it, I do not want to pay for this. The total now at 200Gb for June. I already used 6Gb =(R72.00).
Correspondence with Telkom, various sections, billing & RT etc.
They all responded back that I am not on "Post Paid" option, and my browsing is slow!=Wrong!
My browsing/downloading is fast not slow. I cannot get them to understand this neither correct it thus far(One week of correspondence), Call Centre useless, and lack insight.
How do I get this problem solved-? Could it be a billing nightmare on the horizon coming next months bill, not just for me perhaps-?
What do I do-? If I continue I am going to get a massive bill compared to the usual...?
