Telkom is paying ICASA salary thru Government

i cant see how ICASA will force telkom to cut costs, as this will impact on Gov share in the profits !!!besides they have already backed down useless sods!!


its all about greed, not only from telkom, but from the govment too !!!

ICASA cannot force Telkom to cut costs. They are overruled by the Dept. of Miscommunications.

Also, ICASA receives fees from Telkom so less profit for Telkom = less funds for ICASA, and also less money for the Dept. of Miscommunications as they ALSO receive money from Telkom. Who knows who else does, but I'd wager we'll find out sooner rather than later......
