Telkom ISP: 2 Mbps to 4Mbps

With the recent Telkom upgrade my 2Mbps connection is now 4 Mbps enabled

Is this a reasonable speedtest result? Or should I expect better?

I would think better. though my friend is only syncing at 2304 on a 4Mbps enabled line.

If your line is 4MB and uncapped account is still 2MB then thats an excellent result.
I have a 4MB line with a 2MB uncapped Ti account and I get speedtest results anywhere from 2.5 up to 3.4MB on the odd day.
My downloads pretty much run between 300-400kB/s.

EDIT: 4MB line and 4MB account should see you hit the 3.4MB mark
