Telkom - I've been patient long enough

Reported an issue on 081180 / 3-1-3 end last month about my LTE. They said 36 hours. Nothing happened. I called back. They said someone would call me. Nothing happened. I called back. They said someone would call me. Nothing happened. I posted on FB page. They said someone would get back to me. Nothing happened. I read your first post here and complied by emailing social@8ta.com first thing yesterday morning. Nothing happened.

I'm now posting here. Will something happen?
