Telkom launches new HOMEunlimited ADSL and fibre prices

Thanks for listening to the customers needs Telkom......... but in order for me to keep my 4Mbps uncapped line, the rental/speed & data needs to accommodate my affordability of R399 per month. Give these customers a FUP per month of 200 GB and I think you will have a winner here ( A product that can't be beaten and that thousands will respond and apply)
 
Well the only change is the already high fup limit, do uncapped 10mbps is 799, the fup is somewhere around 500gb. No benefit for me then, just worse contention ratios for the 4mbps peeps joining the 10mbps

The 4Mbps peeps need to 1st agree to being able to afford the R799 p/m fee in order to migrate to the 10Mbps uncapped option. This is why I am suggesting that Telkom create a deal of R399 for 4Mbps peeps which will include the rental and FUP of 200GB p/m. This is a winner for everybody, and I will be able to retain my account with Telkom.
 
What are the upload speed differences between those packages?

No it's everything, voice line, adsl/fibre line, uncapped data + whatever voice minutes they throw in (and 1GB mobile data I think).
 
Almost there.

Now make ADSL and LTE equal and allow me to use 1 data packages universally on all channels.
 
So basically the 2mbps users will have to pay more. There's no free upgrade for them?
 
Why do we pay for "upto" 8Mbps ADSL, when we can only get 5Mbps?
Can't I pay for the 60% that I get?
