Telkom LTE Help!

Firstly I spoke to a rep that I found on Facebook and I told him I want the Uncapped LTE. He said he has it for R699 (which is fine) but 50gigs +50gigs, a buddy just informed that the uncapped deal is like still available, so why not give me that??

Secondly I have LTE coverage (rep told me) but on the website :http://www.telkom.co.za/today/unlimited-broadband/

It says I don't. Which is weird because I used LTE on my phone before adsl.

Anyone can help me with getting this uncapped deal, I feel the rep Isn't been honest with the uncapped LTE

The uncapped deal on the coverage map you posted is different to the normal Telkom LTE deals, and is linked to specific towers, hence you may be using Telkom LTE but not be in the specific coverage area for this specific deal.

Don't fight with random facebook reps, find the Telkom product manager that designed this product and these product rules.

I checked his email, his from some other company not exactly Telkom. The guy just didn't want to tell me about the uncapped LTE deal.
