I'm on Telkom LTE Uncapped. Service has degraded drastically after the first 6 months. 6 more months to run on the contract, then I will move over to Vox fibre on Fibrehoods. I will never deal with telkom ever again

Looks like you got a copy and paste response.. fastest way to resolve an issue, only from TELKOM..

Failed the copy-paste with 128pkb instead of 128Kbps.
Is that link this: http://www.timeslive.co.za/consumerlive/2016/09/21/Telkom-revises-uncapped-data-policy ?
Because that states:
“Effective immediately, customers making use of the LTE Uncapped product will receive an additional 100GB of full speed data per month,” said Telkom’s head of group communication and PR, Jacqui O’Sullivan. “This means that customers would have to use in excess of 300GB of data per month before Telkom’s FUP will be applied.
...
Those who exceed 300GB will have their connection throttled to 4Mb/s for 50GB. “Should customers exceed the additional 50GB of data, Telkom will offer another 50GB of data at 2MBps for the remainder of the month,” O’Sullivan said.

Also what do they mean throttle by 128Kbps? That means max speed - 128Kbps, they mean to 128Kbps which you clearly aren't as you're hitting over 2Mbps.

Or are they referring to the WiFi data policy which is 10GB?

I think they were referring to the Wifi policy. they gave wrong info. After 300GB on uncapped LTE, u get throttled to 4Mb (around 400KB/s) and then to 2Mb after 350GB (200KB/s)
