Telkom LTE: Routing to some sites seems broken

I cannot get to http://www.tonymacx86.com via LTE. Not here, not at the office and not through another LTE either.

nslookup works fine, ping fails and traceroute fails.

You are aware of a large DNS attack at the moment, which is killing a lot of site access.

That said, the site appears to be down from multiple locations, so its not a Telkom LTE thing.
