Telkom LTE self-service portal deleted

Hiya.

I use to have to go to http://onnet.8ta.com.
That disappeared without notice ... but I guessed it again on http://onnet.telkom.co.za
Now that too has gone ... redirects to telkom main page.

So I have registered as a user, but that is all I have been able to do.
Cannot add my number under Add Personal number - says ID number phone number combo is invalid.
Cannot manage my subscriptions - enter the number and the "Load subscription" spins forever ....

Customer dis-service :(

Anyone with any ideas ?

Twice now I have suffered through one hour phone calls to support.
They are clueless as to how to resolve.
( And cannot even log a fault - Internet Connectivity Issues !!!! friggin Durban juniors :( :( )

So now I am without data or the ability to buy more.

Ah fekkit ... best I cancel this contract then.

Okay so ideas on who else provides LTE or Fibre to the Highveld suburb in Centurion ??
Am I stuck with this cr@p service??

Have you tried the "My Telkom" link on the Telkom website ?

I can log in to my self service portal there for 3G so maybe your service is available from there as well ?

Yebo - that's how I could register, but there are no numbers linked - and the link process is borked as well.

Working fine with the old Telkom Mobile app on Android. Don't have the new app on my phone.

Take the SIM out and insert into a phone and use *180# to buy bundles?

Having the same damn problem. So frustrating.
