Telkom LTE Unlimited - Ongoing outdoor Antenna positioning

Had LTE Unlimited since Dec 2015 with Poynting External antenna. Speeds been constant and service has been acceptable, except every 2 to 3 months i need to go up the ladder an make a slight adjustment to the antenna since the signal will drop from 4 bars to 2 bars and the SNR drops as well from around 25 to 2 when the signal drops. Once the antenna is adjusted slightly to the north, signal comes back to 4 bars and all is good again, anyone else having this issue? (Tower ID never changes)
