How is your 6.92 faster than 91% of ZA, and my 7.20 faster than 90% of ZA?

I have emailed you, I have received a case number, I have had two technicians come to my home and I am now beginning to feel agitated. I am unable to stay connected for more than an hour, I need to keep on reconnecting. And this is a speedtest result:

I don't mind the fact that my internet speed is pathetic, obviously I would prefer it to be faster, but I've learned not to wish for the impossible. However I cannot cope with an inconsistent connection. I would really appreciate some kind of a solution.

I take it you havn't been to the speed-test results in the CellC forums?

I did a speed test using the same modem 2 minutes apart - Modem stayed in the same position - I simply swopped SIM's, and reconnected.

Dunno . Maybe lots of slower tests between the time that you did yours and I did mine .

My 8ta speeds are horrifically slow. They have called me many times, been to my house twice, but I honestly don't see how they can fix this, short of putting an antenna on my house (which I cannot do as I rent and the owner will not allow any boosters/antenna's).

All I want to know is why? How can there be such a difference?

Just to add... According to the 8ta website, I am in a good location for LTE, so I think I should get to be part of the trial
