Telkom Mobile (8ta) 10 + 10 renewal

Hi Guys

My contract has expired and I received a call from a Telkom rep last year informing me of the upgrade option for existing customers. I elected not to renew at the time as I wanted to look around at other options.
I have decided to stay with them, but this proving to be a challenge.
The guys at the support center gave me the following number to call for "the Sales Guys" - 021 001 7700.
This number does not seem to be correct.
Can anyone assist with a number for Telkom Mobile sales?

Nope, you have to PM the 8ta rep here, it's the only way. The call center and walk in centers don't seem to be aware of this deal.
